Draco Meteor

Draco Meteor is a strong dragon move (base power of 140) with no charge, just for loss of special points. To teach it to your dragon Pokémon:

1. Go east of Celestic Town.
2. Go to the first bridge and then to the place where you can Rock Climb a couple times.
3. Battle the Dragon Tamer.
4. Enter the nearby house and talk to the old lady.
5. If your dragon Pokémon is friendly, she can teach it Draco Meteor.
